Pay ladder

Hourly pay by position

Each position has up to five steps. You move up a step automatically each year when you meet the conditions above. After Step 5, raises are merit-based, on performance and company standing. Technician 1 through Senior Technician all require FAA Part 65 certification.

  1. Technician 1, $28–$32 an hour

    Steps 1–3 · 0–3 years

    What it takesEntry level: no prior aircraft experience needed, we'll train you.

  2. Technician 2, $33–$38 an hour

    Steps 1–4 · 3–7 years

    What it takes3+ years corporate experience, preliminary inspection authorization, EBIS and technical documentation, manager recommendation.

  3. Technician 3, $39–$45 an hour

    Steps 1–5 · 7–12+ years

    What it takes7+ years corporate experience, in-process and receiving inspection authorizations, Chapter 4/5 requirements training, APU operation sign-off, manager recommendation.

  4. Senior Technician, $46–$54 an hour

    Steps 1–5 · 10–14+ years

    What it takesFinal inspection and return-to-service authorizations, run/taxi on 2+ aircraft, factory training on 1+ aircraft, current FAA IA or equivalent test, RII authorization, manager recommendation.

  5. QA Inspector, $47–$55 an hour

    Steps 1–5 · by years in QA (0–5)

  6. Lead Technician, $48–$56 an hour

    Steps 1–5 · by years as lead (0–5)

Where you'll work

The Dallas hangar

You'll work in our 40,000 sq ft hangar at Dallas Executive Airport (KRBD), 5523 Boulder Drive, Dallas. The hangar runs seven days a week, 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM CT.

The work is Citation, Challenger, Learjet and Hawker 400 / Beechjet: scheduled inspections and heavy maintenance, structural repairs, powerplant work, avionics troubleshooting and AOG calls. There's an onsite training classroom for FAA Part 65 prep, and a relocation stipend for qualified roles.
