Those numbers come from how the work is planned:

A plan before the aircraft arrives. Every package starts with a workflow plan that lists the critical steps, the parts and the likely bottlenecks.
A pre-check review. The schedule is checked against parts availability, staffing and how similar work has gone before.
Parallel work. Where it's safe and permitted, crews work separate systems at the same time.
Supervisors tracking each step. A problem shows up while there's still time to protect the date.
Approved alternates. If a part isn't available, we find an approved alternate part to hold the schedule.

Booking a Citation slot

The hangar works Monday to Sunday, 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM CT. Weekends are normal working days at the normal rate. A 50% deposit locks the slot and counts toward the invoice. You can bring the aircraft to KRBD 24/7, with FBO support from Jet Access. While it's in the hangar, you get maintenance updates.

How often do you deliver a Citation on time?

By Jets MRO's tracked figures, more than 90% of scheduled maintenance is completed on or before the promised delivery date. Operators rate us 4.6 out of 5 on maintenance timeliness, quality and communication.

Do you charge extra for weekend work?

No. Weekends are normal operating days in the Dallas hangar, with the same hours (5:30 AM to 4:00 PM CT) and the same labor rate. Overtime for special needs, requested in advance, is billed at 1.5x.
