Case study

A Challenger 300, five days early

A Challenger 300 came in for its 24-, 36- and 48-month inspections. We broke the package down by zone (wings, fuselage, tail and interior) and planned and coordinated each one in detail. The aircraft went back to its operator five days ahead of schedule and on budget.

Every maintenance package gets the same approach: detailed planning and coordination, zone by zone. Read the Challenger 300 case study.

Just had Jets MRO do our 24/36/48 mo. inspections on our Challenger 300, and we could not be happier!!! Plane was delivered on time (actually 5 days earlier than expected) and on budget!! Alex, Troy, Mark and the entire Jets MRO team were great to work with. Suresh is really building something special!!

Booking a Challenger slot

The hangar works Monday to Sunday, 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM CT, and weekends cost the same as weekdays. A 50% deposit locks the slot and counts toward the invoice. You can bring the aircraft to KRBD 24/7; Jet Access FBO supports arrivals outside hangar hours. While it's in the hangar, you get maintenance updates. Before it leaves, our cleaning partner cleans the cabin and exterior at no charge.

Which Challenger models do you maintain?

The Challenger 300 and 350; the Challenger 601-1A, 601-3A and 601-3R; and the Challenger 604 and 605. For any other model, send us the serial number and we'll give you a straight answer before you book.

Have you done a Challenger 300 24/36/48-month inspection?

Yes. We completed the 24/36/48-month inspections on a Challenger 300 and delivered it five days ahead of schedule and on budget. The package was broken down and planned by zone: wings, fuselage, tail and interior.

Do you work with Honeywell HAPP and MPP?

Yes. When you send your to-do list, tell us which warranty programs cover this event and include the account numbers.

What does it take to book a slot?
