Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Meet Suresh, an accomplished entrepreneur, investor, and visionary leader with deep roots in aviation. With a passion for aviation and an unyielding commitment to people first, Suresh continues to raise the bar in how the industry treats its people.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. A pilot himself, Suresh’s interest in aviation began at a young age in the repair station his parents opened after his father completed his career as a Concorde mechanic. Before incorporating Jets MRO, he worked alongside his brother Raj at Aerospace Quality Research & Development (AQRD), contributing significantly to the growth and success of the aerospace engineering, repair station, and military jet modification firm.
Suresh brings invaluable experience as the former COO of JSX and boasts expertise in aviation mergers and acquisitions, steering ventures towards success. He is a proud member of the YPO-North Texas chapter and serves as a dedicated Board Member at the Frontiers of Flight Museum. With a blend of hands-on experience and commitment to driving innovation in the aviation industry, Suresh is poised to lead Jets MRO towards unparalleled heights of success.
Vice President Operations
Alex brings over 23 years of aircraft maintenance experience to Jets MRO, with more than half of that spent in leadership roles. With a unique background spanning both aircraft operations and MRO, he offers a practical, customer-focused approach to maintenance leadership.
Before joining Jets MRO, Alexander served as VP of Maintenance at Four Corners Aviation and Mente Group, managing mixed Part 91/135 fleets and leading cost-saving initiatives across Challenger, Gulfstream, Citation, Learjet, and Embraer platforms.
He holds an A&P certification with Inspection Authorization, a degree in Aviation Management, and is actively involved in advancing aviation through volunteer leadership with NTBAA and Challenge Air. Known for combining technical expertise with a customer-first mindset, Alexander has successfully driven cost-saving initiatives and regulatory excellence, including ARGUS Platinum and IS-BAO Stage 3 certifications.
At Jets MRO, Alexander is focused on building high-performing teams and delivering service with integrity, precision, and a people-first mindset.
Quality Manager
Meet Jake, an accomplished aircraft operator and operational leader. With a deep aviation passion and an internal driving force to place his people before self, Jake is changing how the MRO industry manages it’s greatest assets.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology, and is an avid aviator holding a commercial pilot certificate as well as his Airframe and Powerplant FAA license. Jake’s interest in aviation began at a young age with his introduction in remote controlled airplanes, where he went on to compete on the national stage in several aerobatic classes. Before joining the Jets MRO team, he worked for several of the largest Part 135 fleet operators, contributing significantly to their success in the fractional and on demand environment.
Jake brings to the table invaluable experience as a former fleet manager, manager of maintenance control, and director of maintenance. He is a proud member of Civil Air Patrol, helping to teach and mentor the aviators and leaders of tomorrow. With his strong operational background and hands on maintenance experience, Jake is leading the fight to professionalize the MRO industry and to bring the focus back to the operators.
Vice president of sales
Ron Jennings is a seasoned aviation professional with over three decades of experience in maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) sales and operations. As Vice President of Sales at Jets MRO, Ron leads the company’s sales strategy across its national network of MRO facilities, focusing on expanding customer relationships and delivering customized service solutions for a wide range of aircraft platforms.
Ron brings deep technical knowledge and a client-first approach, having previously held senior leadership roles at top aviation service providers including Premier Aviation Services LLC, J.A. Air Center, Elliott Aviation, and C&L Aviation Group. His background includes extensive experience in interior completions, avionics, airframe services, and powerplant programs. He also led sales teams and helped develop customer-focused programs that significantly increased retention and revenue.
Earlier in his career, Ron served as Director of Maintenance at JetCorp, and he holds both an A&P license with Inspection Authorization (IA) and a pilot’s license—adding hands-on operational insight to his sales leadership.
A graduate of the Spartan School of Aeronautics, Ron is known for his ability to connect technical solutions with client needs, making him a trusted advisor in the business aviation MRO space.
Roger Picado joins Jets MRO as the new Miami General Manager, bringing over 18 years of progressive leadership experience in aircraft component maintenance and repair operations. Most recently serving as Lead Technician/Manager at AerSale Components Solutions, Roger managed pneumatics, fuel, and electromechanical production departments while holding an FAA Repairman Certification. His expertise includes technical leadership, new product development, engineering support, and implementing process improvements that enhance both quality and turnaround times.
Throughout his career at industry leaders including Barfield Inc/Aero Technologies and Jet-Power Aviation, Roger has consistently demonstrated exceptional technical knowledge while developing high-performing teams. His hands-on experience with critical aircraft components, combined with his talent for cross-training team members and collaborating across departments, positions him perfectly to drive operational excellence at Jets MRO’s Miami facility. Roger‘s bilingual capabilities and commitment to meeting rigorous quality standards while achieving production goals make him a valuable addition to the Jets MRO leadership team.

Kyle is an accomplished Accounting Manager with a passion for aviation and a dedication to financial excellence. He holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master of Accounting from Abilene Christian University. Committed to continuous growth, Kyle is actively pursuing his CPA and CMA certifications.
Kyle’s ties to aviation and accounting run deep — as the son of a CPA and an F-16 Fighter Pilot turned American Airlines Captain, he grew up immersed in the business side of aviation. His passion for aviation maintenance and safety stems from his experience as a pilot, as well as from his father and uncle’s service to the Allied Pilots Association, where they worked to promote aviation safety — in both flight and maintenance — at American Airlines.
Before joining Jets MRO, Kyle refined his skills as a Controller at a Part 141 Flight School, where he leveraged his accounting expertise and passion for aviation to serve aspiring pilots. His blend of financial acumen and hands-on aviation experience proved invaluable in supporting the company through a successful sell-side private equity transaction in 2024.
Outside of work, you’ll likely find Kyle flying, working with his grandfather — an Airframe and Powerplant mechanic with Inspectors Authorization — on their family aircraft, cycling, or spending time with family and friends. He is also deeply committed to giving back to his community through organizations close to his heart, including Folds of Honor, the Ashton Johnson Memorial CloudDancer Scholarship, Boy Scouts of America, and the Experimental Aviation Association.
Administrative and Marketing Lead
Sana Zubbedi is the Marketing & Admin Coordinator at Jets MRO, bringing over 12 years of aviation marketing and sales experience in the Part 145 repair station space. A data-driven storyteller and NYU Stern graduate, Sana has built brand strategies for national and international MROs and operators, combining creative vision with measurable results.
Known for her early-morning focus and people-first mindset, she leads with authenticity and intention—whether driving lead generation, elevating team culture, or crafting campaigns that resonate. Outside of aviation, she’s a certified Reiki Master and energy coach for veterans, blending strategy with soul in everything she does.
Human Resources Director
Outside of her professional endeavors, Maggie cherishes spending quality time with her family, reflecting her belief in the importance of work-life balance. Her dedication to both her career and personal life exemplifies her holistic approach to leadership in the aviation sector.

MainTenance Manager
Troy Brumley brings over 35 years of aerospace experience to his role as Maintenance Manager at Jets MRO, with a background spanning aircraft manufacturing, completions, and heavy maintenance. He has led maintenance operations for leading organizations including XO Jet, Jet Edge, Cirrus Aircraft, StandardAero, and Gulfstream Aerospace—managing large teams, diverse fleets, and complex multi-site operations.
A certified A&P mechanic and U.S. Navy veteran, Troy is known for building strong teams, driving operational excellence, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. At Jets MRO, he leads with a people-first approach to support reliable, efficient, and customer-focused maintenance service.
Aviation Parts specialists
Carmichael James II is an aviation parts specialist and supply chain professional with over 7 years of experience in aviation logistics, primarily within the Part 135 industry. He has served as a logistics manager for five hangars, overseeing a team of more than 20 employees, and managing complex operations to ensure seamless supply chain efficiency.
Carmichael brings a unique work ethic and a forward-thinking approach to aviation, with a passion for continuous improvement. His commitment to growth and innovation drives him to find solutions to complex challenges and navigate issues that arise in aviation logistics. His dedication to the industry is rooted in his desire to always improve upon yesterday and contribute to the ongoing success of his teams and operations.
